XXXVI Luis Asorey Lectures
Between 17 and 27 November, the Luis Asorey Conference Series will take place once again, this time dedicated to analysing the challenges of the Galician forestry sector, its strengths and weaknesses, and the role of broad-leaved species.
These days are organised by the Royal Galician Academy of Sciences and directed by the academician and president of the AFG, Antonio Rigueiro Rodríguez, who will also deliver the first of the lectures on 17th on the challenges of the Galician forestry sector: climate change, fires, eucalyptus moratorium…

The director of the Forestry Association of Galicia, Xosé Covelo Míguez, will give a lecture this year on Wednesday 26 November on “Opportunities for associations in sustainable forest management: ecosystem services compensation.”.
