The status of a member of a governing body of the AFG will be lost for:

The present statutes may only be modified in an Extraordinary General Assembly called for that purpose, by agreement adopted with the favorable vote of more than half of the members with the right to vote present or represented. The dissolution of the association, proposed by the Board of Governors, can only be agreed upon by the Extraordinary General Assembly convened for that purpose through the favorable vote of two thirds of the votes present or represented.

The internal regime regulation, where applicable, will develop those matters not directly contemplated in these statutes, such as the disciplinary procedure, and may not in any case go against what is stipulated therein. In any case, the internal functioning of the association will be subject to the civil jurisdictional system.
All questions and controversies arising from the interpretation, application and execution of the regulations in these statutes are submitted to the courts and tribunals of Santiago de Compostela.
The composition and structure of the governing bodies of the AFG will be maintained until the end of the current term of office of its members, without prejudice to the incorporation of positions and management personnel in the terms provided for in these statutes.
These statutes will enter into force the day after their approval by the Extraordinary General Assembly convened for that purpose.
