Publication of the 5th and final bulletin of the Interreg Sudoe cross-border cooperation project. For Man Risk in which the Galician Forestry Association participates.
This latest issue summarises the seminar held last February in Galicia and Portugal, the training courses on the ARCHI method developed by the Mediterranean Institute of Cork in France and Portugal, the latest advances in the genetic improvement of the Pinus pinaster at INRAE, and an article on animal damage in plantations of Pine maritime in Galicia.
This article presents the damage caused by game animals, livestock and birds to new pine plantations, and provides guidance on preventing some of that damage.
