NATUR-SMART.- Regional meetings on the associative network
On July 22 and 23, regional meetings organized by the University of Valladolid (UVa) and the Galician Forestry Association (AFG) were successfully held in the regions of Courel-Ribeira Sacra and Carballiño, within the framework of the NATUR-SMART project.
Through participatory dynamics, dialogue was fostered to promote community development and intelligent management of the territory. Women's participation was also sought in these spaces to highlight the existing opportunities and barriers they encounter in the rural environment, as well as in the forestry sector itself.
Furthermore, as part of NATUR-SMART action 11, a practical session on digital marketing was developed by the Agroecosistema Foundation, focused on associations and entrepreneurs in rural areas. This module addressed key strategies to improve the visibility of rural projects in the digital environment, the use of tools and social networks for the promotion of initiatives linked to the territory.
NATUR-SMART has the support of the Fundación Biodiversidad of the Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico (MITECO) within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
