ForManRisk - Forest management and natural risks. New newsletter
A new bulletin from the ForManRisk project, number 4, has been released. It covers the latest partners' meeting, which took place in October 2022 in Catalonia, specifically on the continental dune of Girona where the Forestry Technology Centre of Catalonia is carrying out the experiments for this project.
The bulletin also summarises the work carried out by two other project partners, the Aragonese Society for Agro-environmental Management (SARGA) and the French Mediterranean Cork Institute (IML), concluding by announcing the next meeting, which will take place from 17 to 19 January in Lourizán (Pontevedra) and Vila Real (Portugal).

ForManRisk – Forest Management and Natural Risks is an international cooperation initiative for research and development of tools to prevent forest risks in the context of climate change. It is co-financed at 75% by FEDER funds from the Interreg SUDOE programme and involves eight public and private entities from Spain, Portugal and France: Office National des Forêts (coordinating body), Institut Méditerranéen du Liège, Institut National de Recherche pour l'Agriculture, l'Alimentation et l'Environnement, Gistree, Sociedad Aragonesa de Gestión Agroambiental, Asociación Forestal de Galicia, Centro de Ciència i Tecnologia Forestal de Catalunya, Diputación de Ávila and the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro.
