Celebration of Working Women's Day at AFG
The Galicia Forestry Association, in collaboration with the NaturSmart project, celebrated the Working Women's Day by highlighting the work of women forest owners and managers associated with their selfless collaboration and the special work of Celsa Sánchez who was in charge of preparing the illustrations and Noelia Cortizo who designed the communication action.
During the week of March 3rd to 7th, a photograph was published each day, along with a reflection, by five of the participants. They were published on the channels of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIN.On Saturday, March 4, a mini-video was published with all the contributions received and the illustrations prepared by Celsa Sánchez.
We hope that this initiative will be continued in the coming years to make women's work in the Galician forests more visible.
